By using ScanBon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ScanBon provides tools to help users track expenses, including:

• Receipt scanning
• Expense tracking
• Automatic categorization
• Spending overview

We may add, modify, or remove features as we improve the service.

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Be responsible for account activity

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content
• Upload fraudulent receipts
• Abuse the service
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the application

5. Data Processing

By using ScanBon, you agree that:

• Receipts may be processed automatically
• Data may be analyzed to provide the service
• Third-party providers may be used

6. AI Improvement Opt-In

Users may opt-in to allow anonymized receipt data to improve AI models. We use anonymized receipt data to improve our AI models.

If you opt in, we may retain and use anonymized data even if you later opt out or delete your account. Opting out will stop future data from being used. You can change this anytime.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to ScanBon remain the property of Abraham Stone B.V. Users retain ownership of their personal data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the service
• Use fraudulent data

Users may delete their account at any time.

9. Subscriptions and Payments (If Applicable)

ScanBon may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future. If paid features are introduced:

• Payments may be processed through app stores or third-party payment providers
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled
• Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings or app store

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanBon shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Data inaccuracies
• Service interruptions
• Technical issues

11. Disclaimer

ScanBon is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Availability
• Error-free operation

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be handled in the Netherlands.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes.
